Sydney Muscle & Joint Physio Penrith was started by Toby Hudson who is a physiotherapist, accredited exercise physiologist and chiropractor based in Penrith. Sydney Muscle & Joint Physio Penrith has a philosophy deeply entrenched in using techniques supported by evidence, which means your physio in Penrith uses techniques proven to work. These include the use of multiple modalities including joint adjustments and joint mobilisations, McKenzie Method, muscle release techniques, nerve stretching and exercise prescription. Our services include treating common conditions, sports injuries, workcover injuries, running injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation women’s health and we are now a NDIS registered physiotherapy and exercise physiology practice in Penrith.
