Toby Kai Hudson
D.Physio, M.Chiro, Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Toby is an evidence based physiotherapist and accredited exercise physiologist in Penrith who has a philosophy firmly entrenched in evidence based practice. This means Toby stays up-to-date with current research and offers these treatments to all his patients.

Toby is the principal physiotherapist at Sydney Muscle & Joint Physio Penrith and is a keen cyclist and runner having completed 10 Ironman triathlons, 24 marathons, the 3 day Velothon cycle event on the Sunshine Coast and is looking to complete the 1200km Paris-Brest-Paris cycle challenge and a 7 day cycle event through the Pyrenees in France. Other accomplishments include summiting Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Fuji and hiking the Kokoda Trial.

Toby's greatest joy was the arrival of his twins, Cove and Poppy in 2019, Florence in 2021 and most recently wee Sage in 2023. Toby's other passions are evident with his devotion to restoring an old school in Bathurst, travelling, drinking red wine and enjoying food and ferries with his wife and family.

Rachel Fiddling

Rachel completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Western Sydney University and continues to apply herself with professional development with a focus on rotator cuff related shoulder pain, frozen shoulder, intraarticular hip injuries and patellofemoral pain syndrome. Rachel supports both evidence-based and guideline-based assessments and treatments allowing her to apply best practices for all your musculoskeletal complaints.

Rachel is an approved NDIS worker and currently is looking at attending "Solving Soft Tissue Injuries" symposium at The Hangar Essendon in 2025.​

Tailah Kalwy
Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP)

Tailah completed her Bachelor of Exercise & Sports Science at Charles Stuart University and continued to receive her accreditation in exercise physiology. Tailah is the perfect fit for Sydney Muscle & Joint Clinic with her philosophy that is in line with evidence-based and guideline-based assessments and treatments.

​

Tailah is an approved NDIS worker and has a special interest in the treatment of knee injuries and knee pain, hip and knee osteoarthritis, low back pain and neck pain and headaches.​
