Toby Kai Hudson D.Physio, M.Chiro, Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Toby is an evidence based physiotherapist and accredited exercise physiologist in Penrith who has a philosophy firmly entrenched in evidence based practice. This means Toby stays up-to-date with current research and offers these treatments to all his patients.
Toby is the principal physiotherapist at Sydney Muscle & Joint Physio Penrith and is a keen cyclist and runner having completed 10 Ironman triathlons, 24 marathons, the 3 day Velothon cycle event on the Sunshine Coast and is looking to complete the 1200km Paris-Brest-Paris cycle challenge and a 7 day cycle event through the Pyrenees in France. Other accomplishments include summiting Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Fuji and hiking the Kokoda Trial.
Toby's greatest joy was the arrival of his twins, Cove and Poppy in May of 2019 and most recently Florence in February 2021. Toby's other passions are evident with his devotion to restoring an old school in Bathurst, travelling, drinking red wine and enjoying food and ferries with his wife and family.
Brett Greely D.Physio
Brett completed his Doctor of Physiotherapy at Macquarie University and has previously completed a remedial massage certification, meaning that his hands on skills are second to none. Brett has spent time in musculoskeletal, aged care and chronic pain settings. Brett has a philosophy that is in line with evidence-based and guideline-based assessments and treatments.
Brett practices with an evidenced-base and a guideline-based approach, which means your treatment is proven to work. Brett has a special interest in the treatment of knee injuries and knee pain, hip and knee osteoarthritis, low back pain and neck pain and headaches.
Megan Gaudry-Weir M.Physio, Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Megan is a dual qualified physiotherapist and accredited exercise physiologist at our Penrith practice. Being dual qualified means Megan is able to draw on her knowledge and skills from both professions, in order to better provide her patients with the best care possible in assisting them reach their health, rehabilitation and performance goals whilst utilising evidenced based approaches.
Megan has a keen interest in chronic disease management - such as low back pain, neck pain and headaches, women’s health, and lower limb injuries including running related injuries.
Megan is a keen trail runner having completed 3 trail half marathons and had also accomplished a significant goal of trekking the Kokoda Trail while raising money for the Australian Heart Foundation.
Jessica Graham - Remedial Massage Therapist
Jessica is an experienced remedial massage therapist in Penrith, who has over 10 years’ experience, most of which have been beside allied health working professionals such as physiotherapists, chiropractors, podiatrists and accredited exercise physiologists. Jessica has an extensive massage therapy patient base in Penrith, with her commitment to a professional approach and awesome hands on skills.
As an experienced remedial massage therapist in Penrith, Jessica has the knowledge and experience to help treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal complaints and injuries, as well as some other conditions. Jessica thrives in the management of conditions such as low back pain and stiffness, neck pain and headaches, back pain with sciatica, plantar fasciopathy (fasciitis), tennis/golfers elbow, frozen shoulder pain and ymphoedema.
Jessica has a unique array of skills that include remedial massage, sports massage, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage and pregnancy massage.
